Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing clinical data
- Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment adjustments
- Training and supporting caregivers, families, and staff
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Staying current with ABA best practices and ethical standards
