About The Position

The Arc of the Ozarks is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities live more independent, meaningful lives. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $66,240/year, with experience-based pay available. The role involves providing ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), analyzing data, training caregivers, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ABA Specialists, and practicum students. The BCBA will also lead staff trainings and collaborate with families.

Requirements

• Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA & Missouri LBA (in good standing)
• 1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
• Strong communication and data skills

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups
• Conduct FBAs and analyze data
• Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students
• Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families
