About The Position

The Children’s Home Network, Tampa Bay's oldest nonprofit organization, seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its innovative residential program. This program provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in foster care who have been diagnosed with autism or a related disorder and are experiencing the effects of complex trauma. The BCBA will support these children's development, behavior change, and healing, helping them achieve stability and prepare for a safe return to a family-based setting. This role is ideal for ABA professionals looking to maximize their impact by serving at-risk children in the community.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License
  • Capable of Passing Level 2 Background Screening

Responsibilities

  • Completes Preference Assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Completes assessments such as the Vineland, BASC, VBMAPP, MOAS, and FAST.
  • Develops and reviews behavior plans.
  • Delivers behavioral services including direct behavior therapy and caregiver training.
  • Assists with the application of the campus 3-tier positive behavior supports approach to campus behavior management, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions in addition to billable tier 3 services.
