Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Experience with ABA therapy.
Experience with treatment plan documentation.
Experience with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
Experience with task analysis.
Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Experience with direct behavioral therapy.
Experience with providing feedback to RBTs.
Experience with behavioral intervention sessions.
Experience with crisis management.
Experience with Safety-Care.
Experience with CPR.
Experience with CPI.
Experience with functional assessment.
Experience with skill acquisition plans.
Experience with data collection.
Experience in home-based settings.
Experience in center-based settings.
Experience with natural environment teaching (NET).
Experience with antecedent interventions as ABA interventions.
Experience with caseload supervision.
Experience as a clinical supervisor.
Experience with Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA).
Experience with progress documentation.
Experience with verbal behavior.

Responsibilities

Provide direct behavioral therapy services.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Conduct functional assessments.
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Provide feedback to RBTs.
Conduct behavioral intervention sessions.
Manage crisis situations.
Document progress and maintain data.
Provide parent and caregiver support.
Oversee caseloads.
