About The Position

As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve.
Requirements
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician
Nice To Haves
- Indiana LBA preferred or ability to obtain state licensure
Responsibilities
- Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
- Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians.
