Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring for TWO full-time BCBA opportunities in Leonardtown, Maryland for the 2026–2027 school year. These school-based positions offer the opportunity to support students across multiple locations and a range of behavioral needs while working alongside a collaborative educational and clinical team. The Behavior Analyst works under the supervision of the Lead BCBA and as part of team of Behavior Analysts, clinicians, and therapists/Technicians to provide a range of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB and eligible to support in the state of Maryland, required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, either as a BT/RBT or BCaBA/BCBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
