About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing its Killeen ABA team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers a manageable caseload, strong clinical support, and the autonomy to provide individualized care. The clinic utilizes a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA, with clinicians employing evidence-based strategies like Natural Environment Teaching (NET) based on clinical judgment. The position is clinic-based, eliminating the need to drive between clients. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
