About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum and children with other developmental disabilities. BCBAs develop individually tailored treatment plans to improve clients’ social, behavioral, and adaptive skills, delivering services in clients’ homes, schools, and the company’s centers. Back-office support is provided to help BCBAs focus on clinical work and reduce administrative demands. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The stated salary range is $90,000–$120,000 per year, depending on state, and sign-on and relocation bonuses are available.

Requirements

Valid BCBA certificate.
Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Vehicle required for travel between assignments.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
Design treatment plans of care.
Supervise and monitor behavior technicians’ progress.
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to each individual.
Supervise and train ABA technicians, and implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans with them.
Support families in understanding assessment results and treatment recommendations.
Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to support progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
