About The Position

Clarvida is seeking a collaborative and compassionate Behavior Analyst for its Autism Services Program in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role supports individuals and families through individualized behavioral services, with a thoughtfully managed caseload of 8–10 clients and a weekly billable requirement of 23 hours. The analyst creates and manages their schedule to support client needs and personal balance, collaborates with clients, their support systems, and the clinical team, and participates in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina, or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage their own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.
