About The Position

BlueSprig is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Lake Nona, Florida. The role is open to certified BCBAs and to RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. BCBAs are empowered to exercise clinical judgment, design individualized treatment plans, provide high-quality care, and prioritize meaningful supervision and family guidance. The position offers collaboration with clinical committees and access to clinical resources, professional development, and potential career advancement in clinical, operational, and research paths. Hybrid work schedules are available.

Total annual compensation is up to $101,000, comprising a base annual salary of $80,000–$85,000 and an annual individual bonus of $7,000–$16,000, paid monthly. A background check, which may include criminal history and driving record, is required with candidate consent and will be conducted in compliance with applicable laws.

• Must be a certified BCBA or an RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.

Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Deliver high-quality care in accordance with BACB, state, and payer guidelines.
• Provide meaningful supervision and family guidance.
