This is early intervention done right—focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven. You’ll work with young children in a supportive environment that prioritizes clinical quality, team connection, and long-term impact. We also recognize that flexibility matters. This role offers a hybrid work model for eligible non-patient-facing responsibilities, giving BCBAs greater autonomy while maintaining meaningful in-person clinical connections. Hybrid flexibility is available for non-patient-facing work. In-person attendance is required for key responsibilities such as BT training, assessments, and certain clinical support needs. BCBAs are expected to see patients in person at least twice per month. Candidates must be located within a reasonable driving distance of the clinic and able to attend onsite. There may also be opportunities to support more than one clinic, depending on operational needs.
