Autism 360 is a locally owned ABA provider focused on high-quality, child-centered services and strong clinical support. We design our centers and programs so BCBAs can focus on meaningful clinical work, collaboration, and family partnership — not constant billable hour pressure. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA
• Collaborative, supportive mindset and love for working with families
• Interest in growth, leadership, and shaping a positive team culture

Nice To Haves

• Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred

Responsibilities

• Focus on meaningful clinical work, collaboration, and family partnership.
