Butterfly Effects is a fully accredited BHCOE organization that upholds BACB guidelines and emphasizes meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA with no rigid quotas. They offer on-the-ground support through local or regional clinical directors, clinical autonomy for designing treatment plans, and stable growth paths to leadership positions. The company also offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary between $85,000 - $95,000, quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually, and potential total earnings up to $107,000.
