About The Position

Join Butterfly Effects as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our new Feeding Hills Center. Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization that provides unmatched support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach to ABA therapy. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D (President) and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA (Vice President of Clinical Services), the organization prioritizes the success of its BCBAs to enable them to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. Butterfly Effects is a fully accredited BHCOE organization that upholds BACB guidelines and emphasizes meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA with no rigid quotas. They offer on-the-ground support through local or regional clinical directors, clinical autonomy for designing treatment plans, and stable growth paths to leadership positions. The company also offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary between $85,000 - $95,000, quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually, and potential total earnings up to $107,000. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
