Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and ABA therapy.
  • Proficiency in treatment plan documentation.
  • Experience with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and task analysis.
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Experience with Safety-Care, CPR, and CPI.
  • Experience with skill acquisition plans.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Experience in home-based and center-based settings.
  • Experience with caseload supervision.
  • Experience as a clinical supervisor.
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA).
  • Experience with progress documentation.
  • Experience with verbal behavior.

Nice To Haves

  • BCBA-D certification.
  • Experience with feeding intervention support.
  • Experience with functional analysis support.
  • Experience with high-risk review teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct functional assessments.
  • Document progress and maintain records.
  • Provide feedback to RBTs.
  • Supervise caseloads.
  • Conduct behavioral intervention sessions.
  • Manage crisis situations.
  • Support parents and caregivers.
  • Utilize natural environment teaching (NET) and antecedent interventions as ABA interventions.
