About The Position

Autism 360 is expanding and seeking passionate BCBAs who want to make a real difference in an environment built to support high quality care and exceptional clinician well-being. The role is located in Conover, NC. Autism 360's centers are intentionally designed to support high-quality clinical work, learner engagement, and BCBA sustainability. Every space is built with purpose, allowing clinicians to deliver effective, ethical care while promoting generalization, movement, and meaningful learning across environments. The PREP360 program is an early learning and school readiness program designed to bridge the gap between ABA and the classroom, allowing BCBAs to support meaningful school readiness outcomes.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Experience and competency

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, ethical care
• Promote generalization, movement, and meaningful learning across environments
• Support meaningful school readiness outcomes
• Provide behavior support strategies for classroom expectations
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth school transitions
