About The Position

Autism 360 is launching a new Huntersville location in partnership with Five Filly Farm, offering an innovative clinical environment that combines evidence-based ABA with nature-based, experiential learning. This setting is designed for engagement, generalization, movement, real-world skill building, and clinician sustainability. BCBAs will have the opportunity to help shape the future of ABA programming by developing programs that include animal interaction, gardening, outdoor therapeutic activities, movement-based skill building, nature-based sensory experiences, and real-world generalization opportunities. The center will feature outdoor learning and play areas, sensory-friendly environments, individualized therapy rooms, group learning classrooms, movement-based therapy spaces, and rotating environments to support generalization, all designed to support strong outcomes and clinician well-being.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience and competency to justify salary range of $90,000 - $100,000
  • Consistency and clinical quality to achieve up to $16,000 yearly bonus

Responsibilities

  • Practice high-quality ABA in a setting designed for engagement, generalization, movement, real-world skill building, and clinician sustainability.
  • Help develop programming that includes animal interaction and care routines, gardening and environmental learning, outdoor therapeutic activities, movement-based skill building, nature-based sensory experiences, and real-world generalization opportunities.
  • Expand beyond traditional therapy rooms to create highly engaging, meaningful programming.
  • Support strong outcomes and clinician well-being through intentional environment design.
