About The Position
Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Autism Services team. This role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with flexible, remote scheduling. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
- Licensed or eligible in New York, can license in New York
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
- Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data
- Provide parent training and collaborate with families
- Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards
