Autism 360 is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team in Conover, NC. The role is designed to allow clinicians to focus on providing high-quality clinical work in a supportive environment that prioritizes clinician well-being and work-life balance. The BCBA will play a key role in the PREP360 program, which focuses on developing essential skills for children to succeed in preschool, kindergarten, and beyond, including routines, social interaction, communication, early academics, independence, and family collaboration.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience and competency to justify salary within the $90,000 - $100,000 range.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical work in a supportive environment.

  • Develop skills for preschool, kindergarten, and beyond.
  • Focus on preschool-style routines and classroom readiness.
  • Facilitate group learning and peer interaction.

  • Collaborate with families and provide transition support.
  • Think clinically and collaborate with the team.
