AnthroMed Education is expanding its partnership with a collaborative high school community in the south suburbs of Chicago and is seeking two full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Each BCBA will serve as a building-level behavior leader, partnering closely with school teams to strengthen behavioral supports and student outcomes. This consultative, coaching-focused role offers the opportunity to build behavioral systems, support educators, and create meaningful change for students. You'll collaborate closely with each school's social-emotional team while helping strengthen staff capacity through coaching, consultation, and data-driven decision-making.
