About The Position

AnthroMed Education is expanding its partnership with a collaborative high school community in the south suburbs of Chicago and is seeking two full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Each BCBA will serve as a building-level behavior leader, partnering closely with school teams to strengthen behavioral supports and student outcomes. This consultative, coaching-focused role offers the opportunity to build behavioral systems, support educators, and create meaningful change for students. You'll collaborate closely with each school's social-emotional team while helping strengthen staff capacity through coaching, consultation, and data-driven decision-making. Requirements

  • Master's degree required
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavioral data analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
  • Experience coaching and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the building-level expert on behavior intervention and applied behavior analysis
  • Coach and support teachers and staff on behavior strategies, data collection, and documentation
  • Provide guidance, modeling, and feedback on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Support the implementation of student safety plans and re-entry plans
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and monitor student progress
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings focused on tiered behavioral supports
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service providers to support students in the least restrictive environment
