Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee strength-based, holistic, and neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences who receive ABA treatment. The BCBA leads behavior technicians and works as part of a transdisciplinary team to support individualized care and meaningful outcomes for children and families. The role is based in Danvers, Massachusetts, and surrounding areas, with a hybrid option and remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, and receive administrative support with scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Cortica offers productivity and ABA caseload bonuses, along with advancement through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets decrease to 22 hours to allow more focus on leadership and other professional interests.
