About The Position

All Behavior Technicians are required to obtain RBT certification, ensuring you work with qualified colleagues. Our clinics are fully equipped with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms to facilitate treatment plans. Requirements

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to see clients in Glen Burnie and Columbia, MD clinics
• State Licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
