Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who offers flexibility and hands-on impact. This role provides the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. The BCBA will deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home or center-based settings, supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Weekly in-person supervision is a requirement for this role. The position offers a balance of flexibility and clinical connection, allowing for remote supervision, planning, and collaboration, alongside in-person visits to stay connected with clients and the team. The role emphasizes assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment. Purposeful in-person engagement includes supporting new clients, modeling programs, running assessments, coaching Behavior Technicians, and strengthening family relationships. Support is provided by Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team. Logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding are handled by the operations team.
