About The Position

At Centria Autism, our Hybrid BCBA role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Weekly in-person supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Benefits

• Base salary up to $105,000
