We are seeking an Arizona Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about early intervention and committed to providing compassionate, evidence based care to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, partnering with families, and helping children reach meaningful goals.

Requirements

  • Current Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst license.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Experience providing ABA services to young children with autism.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and passion for helping children and families.

Nice To Haves

  • Credentialed with BCBS and AETNA preferred but not required
  • Early intervention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinical evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans to maximize progress.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client success.
  • Complete documentation and reports in accordance with ethical, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in and/or run team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
