Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst ready to empower students and schools? Here’s what you’ll need to join our team: Education: Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis or equivalent. Licensure: Board Certified Behavior Analyst license granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Language Proficiency: Bilingual skills preferred but not required. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in helping students overcome behavioral challenges and achieve success in their educational settings. Here’s how you’ll contribute: Communicate Findings: Share assessment results with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative and compassionate communication. Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to design evidence-based interventions that enhance student behavior, performance, and access to education. Provide Supervision: Deliver therapy services directly or oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals. Monitor Progress: Collect, analyze, and document data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Support Teams: Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide discussions to advocate for students’ needs and strengthen special education programs. Your expertise will help students overcome barriers, fostering growth and success in their educational and personal journeys.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis or equivalent.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst license granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
