About The Position
BlueSprig is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Requirements
- Certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
- Must be a certified BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT pursuing BCBA certification.

Responsibilities
- Design treatment plans based on client needs, not cookie-cutter templates.
- Provide clinical judgment and expertise to make a real difference in client outcomes.
- Utilize company tools for treatment planning, including recommendations for hours and client transition from ABA.
- Troubleshoot and support client cases with experienced clinicians, including Clinical Directors and clinical committees.
- Participate in research and collaboration with industry leaders.
