Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
  • Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
  • Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

  • Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
