About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Colonial Heights, VA clinic. This role offers a supportive, ethical, and collaborative environment where clinicians can focus on client progress without unrealistic expectations or constant chaos. BCBAs are supported by experienced Clinical Directors, Lead RBTs, Office Managers, and operational teams, allowing clinicians to focus on quality care.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
• Prior ABA clinical experience required

Nice To Haves

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a positive and clinically excellent treatment environment
