Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in delivering ABA therapy
• Ability to provide support and guidance to Behavior Technicians
• Proficiency in developing and implementing behavior plans
• Skills in engaging parents and conducting training sessions
• Experience with data-driven decision-making in clinical services

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a center-based clinical setting
• Familiarity with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
• Experience with clinical platforms for treatment planning and data collection

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
