Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA)
About The Position
SenseSational Learning Group is a BCBA-owned and operated neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. We specialize in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being. In addition to in-home services, we are building a collaborative community hub designed for connection, parent support, and social development across ages. We lead with empathy. Families come first. Requirements
- BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Michigan state licensure
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
- Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
- Early childhood development expertise
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
- Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
- Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
- Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
- Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming)
- Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings
