About The Position

This role is designed to provide meaningful clinical experience while supporting BCBAs and the Clinical Director in delivering high-quality care. Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team.

Requirements

  • BCaBA certification required
  • Ohio certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team

  • Someone interested in developing toward a BCBA role (optional)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and supporting an assigned ABA caseload
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs in the field and clinic
  • Support implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with assessments, program updates, and clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Director, and team members
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
  • Support a consistent and structured clinical environment
