In this role, you will play a key part in our nurturing atmosphere where children are treasured. Our experienced team collaborates with children with Autism and their families, helping to promote independence, communication, and the skills they need to navigate life's challenges. We maintain a relatively small caseload, aiming for 8-9 clients, allowing you ample time for exceptional parent training and meaningful supervision hours. Arches ABA Therapy is a small, privately held company committed to our clinicians. We provide in-clinic ABA services for young children diagnosed with Autism, focusing on communication and social skills development.
