Location: Winston-Salem, NC (in-center) Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! Requirements

Active BCBA Certification (required)
North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
A compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
