As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
- Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
- Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
- Making thoughtful clinical decisions.

- Total Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $93,105 - $116,738
- Up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus
- Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
