The company offers clear advancement paths to Assistant Regional Director, Center Director, and Regional Director as they expand nationwide, and there are no non-compete clauses. BCBAs earn above the national average with a base salary of $85,000 - $95,000, quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually, and a total potential of up to $107,000.
