Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide behavioral support services to K–12 students in Aurora, Colorado, during the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves working with educators, related service providers, school teams, and families to develop individualized behavior plans and support positive learning environments. The position is full-time, with an ASAP start date. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans, consult with students and school staff, monitor progress, and help implement evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings. The position is W-2 employment and includes liability insurance. Benefits apply to employees working at least 0.8 FTE after a short waiting period. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification.
- Active CDE certification, or willingness to obtain it as soon as possible.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for supporting students and school teams.
- Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
- Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
- Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
