Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Current BCBA certification and state licensure as required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and other team members.
Provide training and support to families on behavior management techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
