About The Position

Join Butterfly Effects as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Dunwoody Center, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week. Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization that provides unmatched support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D (President) and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA (Vice President of Clinical Services), the organization prioritizes the success of its BCBAs to enable them to focus on making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. As a fully accredited BHCOE organization, Butterfly Effects upholds BACB guidelines and emphasizes meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA, with no rigid quotas. Each market has a locally or regionally based clinical director for real-time guidance and collaboration. BCBAs have clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans and access to tools, resources, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The company offers stable growth paths to roles like Assistant Regional Director, Center Director, and Regional Director, and does not have non-compete clauses.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
  • All experience levels welcome - opportunities are tailored to career stage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
