About The Position

Join Butterfly Effects as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Dunwoody Center, with the flexibility of working from home one day per week. We are an accredited BHCOE organization that upholds BACB guidelines, emphasizing meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA practices without rigid quotas. You will have clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans, access to necessary tools and resources, and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration. We offer clear advancement paths to leadership roles such as Assistant Regional Director, Center Director, and Regional Director as we expand nationwide. Additionally, there are no non-compete clauses.

Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
