About The Position

Northeast Family Services is hiring Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We offer flexible hours for both full-time and fee-for-service positions, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you. Full-time positions have a weekly billable minimum of only 26 hours. We are looking for dedicated behavioral health professionals to join our rapidly growing and well-regarded organization, in a rewarding career helping children, adults, and families thrive. The BCBA will be responsible for completing behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and trainings, supervising behavior technicians, and offering direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. Responsibilities include all required documentation for ongoing treatment, such as developing instructional programs, data collection, graphing and analysis, writing progress reports, and developing behavior support plans. A truly flexible schedule is offered, with availability in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Hybrid positions are also available, combining in-person and telehealth cases.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
  • Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate approach to care
  • Proficient with word processing and graphing software
  • Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
  • Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Nice To Haves

  • Current LABA preferred
  • Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred

Responsibilities
