Northeast Family Services is hiring Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to help children, adults, and families thrive. The BCBA will be responsible for completing behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and trainings, supervising behavior technicians, and offering direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. Responsibilities also include completing all required documentation, such as developing instructional programs, data collection, graphing and analysis, writing progress reports, and developing behavior support plans. The position offers a flexible schedule with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available, and hybrid positions with in-person and telehealth cases are also offered.
