Northeast Family Services is hiring Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you. We are seeking dedicated behavioral health professionals to join our rapidly growing and well-regarded organization, helping children, adults, and families thrive. The BCBA will be responsible for completing behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and trainings, supervising behavior technicians, and offering direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. This includes all required documentation such as developing instructional programs, data collection, graphing and analysis, writing progress reports, and developing behavior support plans. Positions can be hybrid, combining in-person and telehealth cases, with a truly flexible schedule available including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
