About The Position

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the westchester, NY area and boarder of CT area (danbury, New Fairfield). This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You'll work directly with children and families in their homes, providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • NY Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout the New Haven area

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists
  • Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements
  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
