About The Position

At In2Great Pediatric Therapy, we are intentionally rebuilding our ABA department with the goal of creating a workplace where BCBAs want to stay. We are seeking a BCBA who is passionate about providing ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer BCBA looking for exceptional mentorship, you'll be supported by a leadership team committed to your success. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Responsibilities

Provide ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Manage a caseload of a maximum of 5-6 clients.
Engage in programming, collaboration, supervision, and caregiver support.
Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Mental Health Therapists, and the Therapeutic Preschool team.
Participate in in-clinic collaboration and work-from-home flexibility for indirect responsibilities.
