About The Position

Plum Behavioral Services is looking for a fun, compassionate, clinically strong BCBA who loves supporting RBTs, connecting with families, and creating programming that actually matters. This role focuses on ongoing clinical care, not initial assessments. The position is in partnership with Alpaca Health, which provides additional support and resources while maintaining Plum's personal, creative culture.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Belief that behavior is communication
  • Value assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication
  • Ability to talk data while remembering the human behind the graph
  • Enjoy mentoring RBTs
  • Professional and playful demeanor
  • Willing to consider a BCBA trainee with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license

Responsibilities
