Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
KidSpeak is a growing pediatric therapy company in the North Charlotte area, opening an expanded beautiful clinic 10,000 sqft space in November 2026. At KidSpeak, BCBAs SERVE Together with speech and occupational therapists to support children and families. KidSpeak is seeking a BCBA and Lead BCBA to join our multi-disciplinary team! KidSpeak is part of a larger Cicero Family of Clinics, a public benefit company, on mission to advance comprehensive, collaborative, and compassionate care. Cicero provides additional growth and development to all clinics in its network through opportunities to interact with greater than 50 behavior analysts throughout the network as well as pivotal leaders on our Cicero Advisory Board, such as Rose Griffin and Dr. Kelsey Ruppel.
Requirements
- BCBA license (Required)
- Board Certification and licensure to work in North Carolina (candidates who have completed graduate coursework and fieldwork supervision requirements are encouraged to apply)
- Master’s degree
- Experience working with neurodivergent populations (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) or those with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral support needs
- Strong collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to make frequent, data-driven decisions for meaningful and personalized progress.
- Effective and professional communication skills for education and training of caregivers and supervisees.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience with RBTs/technicians is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of a caseload of 6-9 clients
- Initial and ongoing assessment
- Developing client programming and treatment plans
- Timely and quality session documentation and progress report writing
- Oversight of RBTs implementation of direct therapy
- Supervision of RBTs to ensure a high degree of treatment integrity
- Implementation of parent/caregiver collaboration opportunities to facilitate the generalization of skills
- Coordination of care with other service providers
- Support a project that aligns with your professional interests
