About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our private practice. This hourly position is designed for professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and control over their caseload while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families. The ideal candidate will have an active BCBA certification, be licensed to practice in Arizona, and possess a Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience in private practice or community-based settings is preferred. This role offers competitive hourly compensation, including overtime, and the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of clients aged 18 months to 18 years. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed to practice in Arizona (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide 40% direct supervision to RBTs and team members, plus another 20% of billable service per pay period
- Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Deliver caregiver and staff training on behavior analytic principles and strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards, including audit ready clinical notes for self and staff, and accurate timecards
- Communicate clearly with administration about patient and staff needs and schedules
