About The Position

Join HealthPro Pediatrics as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy alongside speech, occupational, and physical therapy under one roof. Requirements

Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
