About The Position

A growing, privately owned ABA organization in the Fort Worth area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team. This position emphasizes connecting with people, including families and children, rather than solely focusing on treatment plans. The organization values communication, professionalism, warmth, reliability, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. This is not a high-volume position; BCBAs are given the time and flexibility for excellent clinical care. Services are provided in clients' homes, requiring comfort in supporting young children and families with behavioral and adaptive-living needs, including sensitive areas like toileting and personal-care programs.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Texas LBA or eligibility for Texas licensure
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide in-home services throughout the Fort Worth area

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians
  • Conduct caregiver training
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Provide services in clients' homes and collaborate closely with parents and caregivers
