About The Position

BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Elk Grove, California Severe Behavior Center. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. Practice at the Top of Your License. Join BlueSprig’s Severe Behavior Center, where experienced clinical teams provide highly customized treatment for children presenting with complex and severe behaviors, including Aggression, Self-injury, Elopement, Pica, and Other high-risk behaviors. This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Must pass a background check, which may include criminal history and driving record, conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
